Lifecasting Tutorial?

This isnt actually a lifecasting tutorial :lol: , actually I need some help. I've looked all over the net but there isnt any good sites of how to actually lifecaste, so I thought i'd go to plan B and mooch of the good folk at matthawkins. Can anyone write down how to lifecast of at least direct me to a good site.

I went to google and typed in life casting, came with a bunch of good results for stuff like life casting.
