I need props. I need a tommy gun a shot gun and two colts with silencers, and ten other handguns in 20's style.

RE: I need props.
Try Toys R Us, or basically, any toy store that sells squirt guns, and spray paint them black, thats the cheapest, most easyest way I know were to find them.

Yeah, you can find a tommy gun lots of places... toy stores, party supply stores, costume stores, etc. But they will look really fake and crappy, so some painting and modification will be in order. Just be creative and it should look fine, and depending on how it comes out, just try not to have a really close shot of the gun and no one will be able to tell.

I found this website just a little bit ago if it will help anyone other than me.

It has very realistic weapons with no work needed.

If you're making a Prohibition-era movie, assume that nothing you buy (except the .45s) will be cheap. Having a job would definitely help you out, but the stuff you're asking for really doesn't exist for that cheap. In any case, here's some sites that may help you out.

www.shortyusa.com
www.airsplat.com
www.repliguns.us
Like I said, don't expect any of the props you need to be cheap.

15$ Tommy gun
With a little paint, could be an awesome prop.
