How do people do the bullet over the person in slomotion, like in the movie? Where can i GET A PICTURE OF THE BULLET?

There are zillions of Pictures of guns and bullets in the web, the shooter community uses the internet busily.
If you want Matrix like fx, I agree, you need to use a 3D tool with a model of the Bullet, so you can display it from any wanted perspective.
You may even use enviroment mapping on the bullets texture to make it look more realtistic.

Tho a bullet is modeled in no time. I think is't gonne take more time to set it in place correctly, or to synchronize the 3D Camera with the real camera (well, todays hollywood cameras have motiontrackers built in, they also store their position and rotation each frame, so they can add 3D stuff later with ease)
