Blurred Background
I want to achieve the effect used in high-budget movies, where the camera can focus in one on thing, and blur the rest. Such as a blurred background, with the focus of the camera on a person. How can I achieve this? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

you use a technique like i do. I use styrofoam but i seal and create the stump using a hot glue gun lol Does that make the quality of the blood on the stump last a long time, or forever? It's become evident that the blood kinda wears away after a while for me, so I'd really have to touch up on it b...

Clip Exporting Problem - Premiere
I applied a motion and blur filter to one of my clips. But when I go to export it, it will only export as the original clip, without the filters. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I don't know much about camera stabilizers, but I have been looking to get one. I saw an ebay auction, which is cost friendly for me, but Im not sure if it's quality as I don't know much about camera stabilizers. Link below: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3325&item=75...
