I have a pair of them, I like them ok features I want but dont have are native 16x9 and more than 500 lines (I know most all of you guys are PAL users anyway, lay off the NTSC dopes like me ) but they are fairly good. Im not sure what an equal would be in the UK

Well I actually like AVID over Premiere for most things
Vegas Video is also a cheap, fast alternative to ether. Avid is very fast at some functions (not at others) but the most important feature is multi keyframe. Avid does some things Premiere cannot. However Premiere is a nice, low cost setup, and it does alot of things well. Premiere is easy to use an...
