First Gun Shot effect

This is my first gun shot sequence.

I know I haven't perfected it, but I just thought I'd share.

I used Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0

Got my brother to act it out.

I used a Panasonic DMC-FX7 to record it! I know I couldn't be bothered to get the DV cam out, since I don't exactly know how to transfer the stuff to my PC.

good, except the flash goes into the black at the sides of the video, also, and i dont know if this is just youtube, the sound isnt synced with the effect. but practice and you'll get there.

i dont know if this is just youtube, the sound isnt synced with the effect

its youtube, it does it everytime with mine sometimes up to like 2-3sec out of sync, it really p*** me off. anyway alright effect but yeh the muzzle flash goes off screen, cant you just make it smaller?

Its either how you compressed it, your computer or your internet speed that done it. Youtube is good, i will not here a bad word about it, unless true.

I have lots of issues... unfortunately none about the technology involved in the streaming media and most about the morons on the site. ergo the shirtless comment.
