Ok in my film I am planning on having a seen very similar to this one. Does any one have any idea of how the bullet hits on Sonny and the car where done done?

Have watched the godfather so many times and i sitll cant work out how Sonny is able to climb out of the car whilst being shot by about 20people? Also, why does the guy at the end kick him in the face? Thats just taking the p***.

As much as this scene is meant to disgust people in the total lack of respect they have for life, I love the shot of the ganster standing over him and proceeding to mow across him one last time with the Tommy Gun, as if just making sure he is dead. Wonderful!

He was wearing a properly contructed and monitored armoured vest rigged with many many squibs

If you honestly only just learnt what Squibs are, I seriously recommend you buy some books on cinematography, special effects, and a first aid kit

Yes, they are very good lol. Escpecially when it's fried (of course... everything is good fried... even cardboard!)

Sure, but as I said, if you don't even know what they are yet, you really haven't read enough into the subject to attempt doing it.

And I agree with you Dravin, but it just got old constantly calling them "squids" when you had seen it writtin twice as "squibs." Nothing against u personally. Just don't be like me and not pay attention lol
