Kapowwe is pretty good stuff. I don't think you will find much better for the price. Try eBay, perhaps.

Ok costumes and the Tommys are good now all I need is the set dressing. When I say setdressing I mean posters bottles crates tables ect. Any thing you would see in a club or ally in the1940s world war two period. Please continue to post links for all these topics. Or post a picture of a mobster and or club of that time.
Thanks
The Crow Dravin.

Look, I don't normally do this, but: GOOGLE IT. You're asking us to find things for you that you can find on your own quite easily. Try Google, Wikipedia, history books about the time period (local library if you don't want to buy), books specific to 40s gangsters (again, hit the library). . . it's not a terribly obscure era and there's plenty of information if you just look for it.

EDIT:

And now I feel guilty about posting that without giving any more specific help. Meh. Here's some stuff I found:

Posters: http://www.posterwire.com/archives/2006 ... he-decade/

I don't imagine bottles looked that much different, but don't use a beer that's only come into popularity in the United States recently; no Corona, for example. Tables are similar, but if in doubt, go with an "antique" table, and I don't mean one of the $15,000 ones--just one that looks like it's old enough. As long as you don't get one that just looks futuristic or ultramodern, you should be fine. Crates, eh, just use wooden ones and you're fine.
People shouldn't be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.

Go to your local charity shop for clothes, they always have cheap old stuff.
