Well I am using AE for the first time. And i am workin on green screen. Now i edit what i need and send the clip to ae. I follow The tutorial and everything goes well.
But the problem is that The quality of the video is really low compared to the normal

Is your video playback set to low? It could just be that your player is set to a low quality, but the actual file is fine.

Make sure the setting for export are not bad quality, otherwise im not sure.
