Vegas tuts
I'm looking for good Sony Vegas tutorials that cover compositing and color manipulation. Does anybody know where I could find some?

When I read the thread title, I thought you were talking about King Tut impressionists that work at Las Vegas... I don't believe Vegas is superior to Adobe, but to each his own opinion.

Vegas is superior to Adobe, especially in surround mixing and 24p editing. However, I can't afford a copy of Vegas right now. Search aroud creativecow.net, they should have something.
I dunno how much of a compositor Vegas is though, its mainly a NLE.
Compositing should be done in something like Combustion, Shake, or After Effects.

nah, Vegas can do compositing. even thought It might be less user friendly than, say, after effects, since I still haven't found how to do it! I went on creativecow, and didn't find anything really helpfull, unfortunately. thanks for the help, I'll keep looking for tuts, and hope I'm going to find something! (anybodye else has an idea where I could find some?)
