From what I've seen in movies, when a nuke goes off, theres a big flash, so have it go to white right when it hits. Then slowly fade the white out to reveal the nuke blast.

It was alright, but you should try some more hardcore effect and leave the night sky in the background. Buy your stock footage of respected sites like artbeats.com or detonationfilms.com/unit-k or fotosearch.com you will defenetly notice the difforence. ye it was okay i guess, im sure you could do better. It just seemed ver obviously 2-d and the explosion was very slow and not very life like.

To display an image you get the location of the file on the internet (Right Click >> Properties) and paste that add'y between the BB tags; . For instance:
[img]http:%20/%20/%20img370.imageshack.us/%20img370/%201453/%20untitled4ow.png[/img], without spaces becomes:

(Hint, Hint)

that was a lot better until you but flames on the nuke, just looked a bit 'silly', but other than that much more realistic
