www.allofmp3.com <-------- LEGAL and hella cheap. Its a russian site, and they have a loophole in the law, so they dont have to pay record labels/artists etc.

I musta spent about 200 dollars so far, and downloaded over 8 gigs of music!!

While it may be legal to download the music and play it in Russia, it would probably be illegal in most other locations. Even under the legal info it gives you on the site, it is legal only to download and listen to the mp3, it is not legal to media shift, synch or otherwise use the music. There is no loophole in the law, it is within Russian law only. If the music is produced in countries that are signatory to the Byrne Agreement, then that Russian license will do you no good anywhere but in Russia.
