Flight Patch

I have popped this post in both the props and computer graphics part of the forum as not sure which it fits into but I am using MS Paint to draft out a flight patch design that I having made for up-coming project. can anyone take my 'effort' and make it look neater? (i.e. smooth of the really pixilated edges etc?) it needs to be the same as the original design, just neater. any major changes to desing must be approved due to script but could be a change; any takers?

If you want to, you can e-mail it to me and I'll have a go at it. I like using Paint too, but then I pass it through a good photo editing program, like Corel Photo-Paint, and it usually cleans up well.
