Alot of you guys seem to enter your films into competitions i have learned through reading posts on here, but what music do you use, wouldnt you be breaking copyright laws?

For my film, "I Want Money" I played the saxaphone, I had a friend who had access to any percussion instrument at my school do well...percussion and another friend did Guitar and it turned out fine. Of course we used a microphone and I edited it around in ACID.
