I figured something out while checking the site out the other day. You can download them and use them for free but you still have to pay fees if you plan to put them in film festivals or sell the movie. It'll say something like, for each song you must pay $50 and $50 extra per festival. So basically you can use them but if you plan on going public with them you still have to pay or you'll be in violation to copyright laws....just thought I'd shard, it's a good reliable site though.
