in the other forums it says that you can put a countdown timer on a bomb using an editing application? How is this done? Was this done in the hollow point movie? I have a bomb prop that is similar to the hollow point one, but the countdown timer isn't working so is there a way to do this in a program instead?

yey another newbie... you can use stock footage one generated with a script by after effects basically anything that counts down use your imagination... ever thaught of filming the timer on your microwave?

i'm sure matt hosted a timer on this forum very recently, i think it was in .mov and went up to 25mins

Hear! Hear! and I like the microwave idea! I had to do one in a paint programe and then flick through the images! lol might have been before microwaves so, I might be safe.Better get used to it. All of us started somewhere. And there will be more

so with the stock footage, that was posted how can i put this actually on the prop its self? I do not have after effects only vegas 6, Is anyone here familiar with that program?
