Speed (not the movie)

In FCEHD, sometimes when I try to speed up clips it says, "trim error" or close to that. Anyone know why/how to fix it?

That's never happened to me in FCEHD. It could be a shortage of memory. Or if you have a transistion already on the clip, that might cause a trim error.
