You'll need massive amounts of duct tape to hold it on, but it looks pretty good. I only use it for ground hits (I bury it) and for wall hits. Fishing line works, and you can't even see it.

Just wondering...Since slingshots are rather inaccurate and all, how about airsoft bb pellets? If one can hit it dead center, will it explode as well as it would with a slingshot?

Airsofts are pretty inaccurate unless you get the $400 ones. I would use a bb gun but then again I wouldn't even do that because of how dangerous it would be, few years ago I shot a hole through my bathroom window LOL long story. You would have to be a good shooter and theres the fact that the bb or pellet could be seen.

Slingshots aren't inaccurate if you get the good ones. The kind with the wrist brace an surgical tubing power bands. I can but the center out of a three inch target with mine at 40 feet. Crossman ones are pretty goo and fairly common.

Yeah I agree slingshots are very accurate...look we killed a kid in our movie with one...ROFL....

Anyway what if after you made the "squib" you just sprayed it litely with paint, like a black or black and copper, you wouldn't even have to really edit it out, it would look ok I think on camera..???

Damn..something else to try now and film.

Just saying I'd rather get hit with a piece of pasta than with a BB. Those suckers penetrate, and not in a good way. I think any combination of projectiles and puncturable actors is a bad one.

Haha then again professionals use paintballs shooting out 'dustballs'. I'm gonna try airsoft sometime. Will let you guys know the results.

Yeah, it's propably not a very good idea to shoot the pasta at people...
Shoot them on walls and at the ground instead.

Here are some test shots (not hits) i just did. They came out pretty bad , but the point was to show that you can use flour as a smoke effect. On one powder actually comes out, yet i forgot to do a recoil effect. On the other one I did recoil effect , but no powder came out. Weird huh?
