I use Goldwave for sound editing? Anyone have any comments on this program?
And if you have any good links to tutorials for it, let me know.

I use it as well. Also use it for stripping the soundtrack out of DivX files ready for conversion to Video CD.
Not ever found any tutorials. I know Adam uses it as well.

Can I use Goldwave to create a "Dolbly Surround" soundtrack?

I prefer Sound Forge myself, extremely good sound editing. But I haven't tried Goldwave in about 3 years.
