Digital Grading Software

Does anyone know where I can download some good digital grading software? I was thinking about buying luster, but it's too much money. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good demo or something. And by digital grading I mean color correction, lighting adjustments, shading, tinting, darkness, etc... Thanks.

any compositing software is fine... i mean you can just use plugins to do whatever you like... it just takes alot of experimentation.
