Anyone know how i could rip a sound from a DVD from my DVD drive and convert it so it's a WAV file or something similiar to use.
Any tutorials or tips would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Ripping sounds from dvd
Who cares?
Sgtpadrino doesn't pose topless on public forums like a bellend.
this is what i do with any video clips that i wish to use the sound of....i use windows movie maker and import the clip. I put the clip into the AUDIO track, and chop it down to the section i want. then if you go to file, click save movie, and u can save it as a wav, or other formats...
so i guess just rip the movie to the hard drive, or rip just the section u need, then use it in that process. lemme kno if that works out for ya.

Mic the speakers? Nonono, that's lame. Do it right. Plug the Audio cables from the dvd player into your recording device. Better yet, just capture the audio on your computer.
