New Stock footage at Detnation Films

Hey guys, I E-Mailed the guys at www.detonationfilms.com yesterday about putting up stock footage of ground flames. And they did! Now they got 3 muzzle flashes, alot of differant effects, 5 air bursts(air explsions),and 3 new ground flames requested by me. Thoses people are so nice! Go check there site out now.

Only problem being that almost everything goes out of frame. So it can't be used to the full extent, but yeah.

They have got a good 'tips and tricks' section as well. The amount of effort they go into with props and set building is quite amazing. The only set we've ever really built was the alien control room in MTL ... and that was just someone's lounge covered in tin foil !

The stock footage is great because it is so hard to come by. Their site is the only one I have ever found with free stock footage.

I remember looking for hours for a damn water fall stock footage, for like a three second shoot, but never found it, then I never made the movie eather.
