How do you make a bullet to the head effect?

Hey,
How do make a movie where a person takes a bullet to the head?
( from the bullet going to the persons head, to the blood spirts out the other side of the head)

also is there any Free movie editing programs where i can add greenscreen stuff to it? like Adobe Premiere ?

Well you can't get it FREE... but I would try eBay and see if there are any good deals.
