How can I create a newspaper headline ?

I want to make some footage where there is a newspaper heading of my own choice, which I can show to the camera.

I'm thinking that maybe I can cut and paste letters in Photoshop.
Basically, I just want a picture. I'll then move it across the screen.
I was wondering if there was an easier way.

Oh, I do have it, I thought of newspaper press or something. MS Publisher, yes.
I'll have to check it out, as I need the whole newspaper look, not just the outline and columns.

Scan a real newspaper and photoshop it. Thats how they did it in 'The last broadcast'.
works very well. dont forget to age the paper digitally if you need to.

If you have windows movie maker, it has an nitor type thing, where u can put in your own picture and text, and it spirals out into the camera shot

if you go to titles, its under the animated heading, and its called Newspaper, then you jus put the picture in the timeline and put the Newspaper effect into overlay and set the text and font you want

You could just make one. Get a real newspaper, study the front page, and construct one from there. Hell, you might even be able to scan it and modify directly on.

I made somthing like this in my movie...

I filmed it quickly so no1 can tell...

It said "NEW BREED GROW OP"
(with a picture of the plant)

Somehow... I seriously doubt New York Times or whomever would create a lawsuit because one boy wanted to use one of their newspapers in a movie!

Well, I don't need to go that far. I can make up a name for a newspaper. I just want to show a newspaper for the "air of authenticity".
