Title Making Programs

Are there any programs than can make Fancy and Flashy opening credits and Titles for your movies?

Most editing programs like Premiere or Final Cut have keyframing abililties, where you animate graphics and titles...that's pretty fancy. But beyond that, you could use a 3D graphics program but I don't think it's worth it to use that just to make titles.

I'm not excatly familiar with Keyframes and Titles. Could you do a Tutorial to teach me about it. I'd be highly appreciative.
