Need music for an antiwar(victims) montage. Please help.

Post by UltraDelum »

I can't seem to find anything good. I searched and searched, but the stuff I find isn't what I'm looking for. So I thought I'd ask here if anybody could help me out.

I'm looking for something slow/sad that type. The pictures I will be using for my montage are of the victims of wars. But I also want something, perhaps a different soundtrack, of something I guess "heavy" to show the explosions that take place in a war before I show the aftermath.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The Pianist Soundtrack has some good songs, Orchestral and piano solos. If you've seen the movie, you know that the songs are slow and sad.

It is copyrighted, but when i make a similar thing I used Exit music (for a film) by Radiohead. I found it captured the mood well.

why cant people just be nice and make everythign free, no copyrights on videos, games, music, books, etc. Why cant people give you things instead of having to buy them, how cool would it be if you could just walk up to someone and say can i have your car, and they say yes!

Well yes but no. I search for sound FX on the internet and for a quick laughing sound effect is $1.29. So I bought it and it was okay. JK, I don't know why people would buy sound FX when you can get them from some sites for free.

well what would you say when someone a john doe would say the movie you produced in blood sweat and tears is his work?

Well I don't understand hy eg. Metallica would bring ppl to a court when they download Metallica MP3s in the Web (persecuting their fans), but the copyright for Artwork has some benefits, especially for us artists.

I would most deffiently try "Hanging" & "Escape" from Craig Armstrong's score for Plunkett & Macleane.
