Toy guns?

Post by fi11m-m4k3r »

Hello.

I am looking for cheap toy guns, but the only place I can find is realistictoyguns.com, but they only ship to the u.s

So... does anyone of you know another toy gun shop that has similar offers like the 5 damaged toy guns for 4.99 that ships to europe (sweden)

And I can't afford airsoft

You could always get some of those plastic cap guns at the local pharmacy and spray paint them black.

But almost all shops here have stopped selling toy guns, they are too violent for kids to play with :x
So there aren't any toy guns here exept for those "cowboy shotguns" that are 10 cm long and look like "you-know-what"

Oh. They still sell them in the us.

Here's some sites that sell toy guns:
http://www.411toys.com/newguns.html (incredibly cheap prices)
http://www.sillyjokes.co.uk/wacky/weapons/guns/

And an article on using guns in films (includes links to tons of toy gun sellers/manufacturers0
http://www.filmmaking.net/faq/answers/faq26.asp (takes a while to load page)

I just got a box free full of replica ww2 machine gun parts including Browning .30s, Thompsons, MG42s, and MG34s! :D The best thing you can do is find people, talk with them for a while getting to know them, perhaps one day you can ask for something and they'll be happy to lend you or discount. Always ask people, most are nice and will reduce prices for a needy filmmaker. It works for me.

Yeah, e-mail them and ask if they can help you out. Drive around and look for surplus stores and whatnot. Get to know people and you never know when they might do a big, big favor for you.

Wooho! Sawed off shotgun and a beretta

Post by fi11m-m4k3r »

Woohoo! I searched all toy stores in town and found a "SWAT police playset" for 4 bucks
It contained a sawed off shotgun, a beretta, a radio, a police badge, handcuffs and a truncheon (nightstick).
Wohoo! The shotgun and the beretta were great, the rest was s*** but hey! The shotgun and beretta were worth 4 bucks so why not get the rest of the cr** for free too?
