Wires are going to be really hard to acoplish, with out a huge set up, and lots of money. But there is bound to be a simper way to do this, I'm guessing you want to do Matrix style hong kong style fights right?

Well Matrix usualy involves slow mo, and guns, and dodgeing bullets, hong knog is more the pure fighting, so they have a difftent feel.

I'm with foxwood on that one!

You really have to be a technicial to pull of stunts using wires! All you need is for the rigging to go wrong, and you've either beheaded an actor, or made him plunge to his death! Be very careful, make sure you know exactly what you are doing before trying any stunts like this.

You can achieve a similar result, using clever camera angles, a trampolene, and a few crash mats, it'll be a lot more safer!

Getting tangled in a badly coreographed wire stunt isn't a plesant experience! You also need a team of people on hand to pull the wires, and catch the actor - They edit these guys out in movies during post-production!
