CGI - Adding Special Effects with Maya

Hi all,
Just wondering if any of you have any links to any tutorials of how to put CGI animations etc from Maya into your film. I've seen loads of articles on how to do this with 3d Studio Max, but none with Maya. It is possible right?

I'll be using Premiere to edit my footage.

You have maya? ahhh! lucky! I don't know the answer to your question though. Sorry. If I get maya one day, I'm sure I'll be asking the same thing
