I tried to create one of those HP commercials where the person in the frame becomes the picture, and this is what I came up with:

Not bad, a little stability issue with the tracking if you look closely, but that is just an over-analysis, great job!

Actually, it was really simple how I made it. I used Final Cut express.

At the point in the clip where I was about to take the picture frame away from my head, I made a Still Image out of the video and cropped it down to fit inside the picture frame frame. I than went from there frame by frame, and tracked the image to follow. Thanks for the feedback :)

Not bad, althougth the camera shot could have been better, ( Closer up ) Looks pretty good, the end was kinda off, but great job overall!
