I got stabed on film once, what i did was first I took the shirt, and cut a slit in it which I resowed up. Then I took one of those platic sheilds that you get at halloween, and upt that on my chest. The I took a ziplock bag, and filled it with my blood mix, and taped it to the sheild so it would line, up with the hole in my shirt. Then I had my friend stab, me, the sheild held, I went down, their was blood everywhere because the knife punctured the baggie.

You mean, with a real knife?

Retractable knife and blood pack. Stab with a real knife only if yo uare sure of your skill and trust.

In my productions all knives yousee are real and we have staged fights with them.

Well, here's what I do. Take a small piece of sheet metal, and glue, tape, whatever on a piece of styrofoam. Now attach this under the clothing of the actor, and put a blood packet on top of the styrofoam. When you stab, blood will come out, and the knife will stick "in" the actor.

Yes, with a real knife. Be careful, and dull the blade...

Well use real weapons, and the knife I got hit with was real sharp, but I had impliset trust in the guy stabing me. You must have trust in all sword/knife fighting.

Grant is right, if there is doubt then people get hurt or killed. Don't do any stunt/fight with sharp weapons unless both people are 1000% sure in the others ablity.

Well If you can't find them at party stores, you could probably make one yourself, all you need is a hilt, that is hollowd, your blade, which can be a piece of wood or cardbord, painted silver or covred in tinfoil, an a spring, to pop the bald back up. A little asembly then boom retracto knife. Haven't tryed this but i think it will work.

Fill the hollow handle with blood and let it slowly pour out whilst holding it against the victim.
