Try encoding in WMV, and use windows movie maker to encode to fit, which will get your movie to exactly 40 megs. Them watch it and see how it came out. If it's bad, then stick with the divX. Alternatively, you can also try the xvid codec, but not many people have it so you would have to provide the download link... http://www.xvid.org/

I watched it....I like it for most parts but the compression did get to me too at times. You're muzzle flashes were a bit sketchy but it most cases of amateur films they are anyways. I loved the way you did your cinematography with the occasional fast and slow motion. I also liked some of the music and especially the part where they're poking the corpse with the sticks. A nice little touch you had in there was the narration between scenes even though the narrator rambled about getting a wristwatch or something like that. Also your opening title sequence on the freeway was a little hard to see but from what I got I liked it.

If I had to do what Blade does I'd rate it: B+
