I could really use some good ones. Everywhere I've looked they turn out to be a really fake muffled sounding punch. If anyone has any real good ones please e-mail them to me.

No one else! Punchins SFX are used by practically everyone who makes movies here. Someone else has got to have some, I have 3 from MOH: Allied Assult just to let you know. Anyone else, please!
