Shell Casing

I can add in the flash for the gun but I can't figure out how to make a bullet case fly out as the gun shoots.

how can i add casing with premiere?

Premiere is not an effects program & the effects it does have are limited.

The only way i could think of is of you could get some animations on bullet casings with a blue background & apply in the same way as the muzzle flash, but i don't think it will look very effective...i may be wrong though...

Have a look at the end of the mussle flash tutorial there is a section about shell casing. If you want to email me a example frame and I will produce a green screen shell casing for you or if you have lightwave/3Dstudio do it yourself !
