inside-report short film competition
Hello everybody!
Its Sky here from Inside Report.
Just thought I would let you know that we are running a little competition for the show.
The competition is to see who can make a brand new short film to go in the Got a Minute section in an upcoming show. The winner gets the film shown in the programme and they get to introduce it themselves (via video)
The contest is open to anyone, but we do have some rules.
(1) All entries must be viewable over the internet in Quicktime, or AVI Format. No postal submissions please. Internet Only.
(2) No swearing or profanity. We keep the show to a PG rating so anything excessive will have to be disqualified.
(3) No nudity – again for the rating
(4) No blood and guts (Again for rating reasons)
(5) Films must be no longer then 3 minutes in length. We have strict time slots for our show, and entries will be timed.
(6) All entries must be newly made. No film that has been made prior to this date will be accepted. If we find out that a film has been made prior to this contest, you will be disqualified.
(7) The closing date for entries is December 10 2004. But get them up on the net as soon as you can.
(8) The top 10 entries will be hosted online at our website, with the winner being featured in the show.
We will be announcing the judges at a later date.
All finished entries must be announced to us via e-mail (with a link)
You can send to submissions@inside-report.com
So they are the rules. Get cracking and enjoy yourselves!

I'm going to enter a "remake of the remake" of The Setup, revised from 6min to 3min or less...because of the rules. I really hope I'll win, cause this is my first competition...er...contest, whatever. But anyway, instead of me playing the agent, I'll have someone else because I wanna film this in fullsreen, but later make it widescreen, so I have to film everything in the middle.

I have finished filming the movie, I finished editing it too, now I just have to deal with the sound and SFX. I'll make a contest version, which is the real serious one, and I'm make a school version, which has a few funny things in it.
