Getting rid of toolbars....

Post by abodeofthedamned »

This probably has a really easy answer and I'm embarrased to have to ask for help  but...
A I-search US toolbar has taken up residence on my computer and so far has resisted all efforts to be rid of it.
When I go to Add/remove programs to remove it, it says it's already been removed and do I want to remove it from the Add/Remove list? But if I do the fricken toolbar is still there!
Feel free to abuse me for my ignorance, but at least help me get rid of this hitchhiker first.
If eating babies is evil, then, yes, I'm evil.
