Video card problem

Post by U.S.Amateurfilmaker »

I have dual monitors running on a Radeon 9800 Pro setup. I was working on a project today when my montors suddenly went blank, and both displayed "please check connections, no signal" . I shut the PC down, turned it on again, and both monitors worked fine. Anyone have any idea what caused this? Because knowing my luck, it will probably happen again.

I dunno. It's probably just a small glitch that happens to everyone every so often. Maybe your video card was a little loose and shut off after losing connection briefly, whereas a reboot reset the fault. Memory jumped. Use your imagination; It's Windows! :D
