how to watch previw on tv with after effects 5.5?

i have a pc.

i am editing color correction with after effects 5.5

what do i need to preview my work on a tv for ntsc safe colors?

I believe you need two video cards. Or just one that has a video output so that you can use your computer and TV at the same time.
