is there somebody who can give me any information concerning the construction of a hanging harness, all information concerning this subject is more than welcome.

Well i have seen it done at some liv ehows here. Just make sure the harness distributes the weight across the back and shoulder and away from the neck!!

I have also seen one mishap where the harness slipped and the guy choked for real for a while:D
