Shiny New Wide Angle Lens+Test Video.
I recently purchased myself a nice little wide angle lens for my handy cam, the thing works great. Excellent for different angles and what not. Just can't use it in close ups (Looks unproffessional)
Here is a crazy little film my buddy and I made in about an hour to test out the new lens, the movie is quite odd and doesn't make much sense, but Ornsack (not entirely sure why) said he liked it and it's got some nice shots with the new lens, so take a hinker.

It's posts like that which are ruining this forum. The constant snapping and yapping at everyone. Oooh taking people off of your MSN, you say it like fighting talkTruggy wrote:you know this forum has gone to hell, i understand you guys are just foolin around, lol but just cut it out ok? Anyway on topic, I thought it was a great little film for the amount of time it took! Loads of people fail to make stuff like that in such a short space of time

Well, since I deleted Vietcong from Epsilon's server, all I have online right now is The Hit. Less than an hour to make (about forty five minutes to be exact - half an hour to film, fifteen to edit)

Watched the film. Although it didn't have much of a story (but you pointed that out before i downloaded it)
I couldn't hear the dialogue very well, but the compression may have been the cause there.
For the time it took you, i think it was ok. You got a lot of shots, which is something many film-makers don't do. Kudos there.
The wide angle lens is nice, it helps a lot. Also what you find with you using an on board mic, you can get closer to the actor, so the sound is clearer,
yet still remain fairly wide.
You show promise Gyro, keep it up!
