RE: Blood, Guts & Gore!
As far as I see your fake blood link doesn't show any fake blood tutorial.
Anyway, here's a quick way to make fake blood: Good ol Ketch-Up, of course, then add small amounts of magenta and yellow Ink (not the expensive Printer Refill Ink), until it looks ok.
Ketch-Up without Ink is too much transparent, but with some ink it looks pretty real.
You also may add some water, if a more liquid consistency is wanted.

Or use "pizza squeeze". It's like pizza sauce in a bottle and it looks pretty good.

The best way to make blood is a way i saw on the net once some where.
You get 16 table spoons and 2 table spoons of red food dye and 1 table spoon of orange (i used green, it looks awsome!)
But if you live it in the cupboard too long, it starts to smell like wine, which i found out, its very good though.

RE: Blood, guts & gore
kinda a double post, but:
If you dont mindt the stickyness, use syrup (most sources say caro syrup, but I have noe idea what exactly that is...) food dye and some kind of flavour that you like, mix with some hot water to get it rinny enough.
- Mainly intended for movies where you need to put it in your mouth, won`t make you want to womit like most theathrical blood... But whatever you do, dont get it in your hair!!!...
