IE Font Size Problem

Post by nakomass »

Something wierd happened to my internet explorer the other day, I was happily listening to my favourite radio show, The Craig Charles Funk Show on BBC 6 Music when I accidently leant on my keyboard and hit a whole number of keys. The result was font sizes on pages now seem to be one size bigger than they were before.

I'm guessing this was a shortcut or summat but I don't know how to get it to return. Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can change it back again?

Yes, in IE, go View > Font Size > then Size. Period.

thanks blue_dirt
It was so annoying to have the inccorect font size on certain pages and I feel slightly stupid that it was such a simple way to correct this

It's kinda funny how my Ctrl and my ` keys don't work.

WTF?? Ctrl + ` does work, but Ctrl v (paste, copy, etc doesn't work).

Have you tried using a different keyboard?

I once had a similar problem with my Shift key, you had literraly hammer the letter so it would show in capital.

Maybe it is your V key that does not work! :P

I have seen some options before, likely on laptops, where the ctrl key can be toggled for shortcut uses. Maybe look into that.
