Making an old-timey war scene?

Post by Riggzy »

Heya
me and my crew were writing the script for our upcoming film, and we came up with a 2 way situation with the first scene. we were going to have a old-timey war (kinda lord of the rings inspired)...we said we could either get pictures of Warhammer figuries in fighting poses, and fade to black real quick. or, we thaught of finding a few extras to actually do the fighting. what way should we go? this will all be to Sarabande by Handel
ok, bye

Go for the warhammer. You'll never get enough extras.

I thought you meant old timey as in 1800s:)

Yeah use the figures maybe for a start as they also have the costumes and weaponry

If you can find and out fit 10-15 extras, then I have an idea, what you do is just quick cut around the feild change angles, and have to extras, miss match their costumes ever few takes. It will take much longer but look really cool, otherwise just use the figures.
