Hey, what do you think about the new cameras that tape in a harddrive? are they any good?
I just saw a pretty cool JVC in a magazine, but aint sure if they are actually good out there in the actual filming

They can't be, it's made by JVC. Their camcorders suck. Start low - consumer cameras have no mic jack. Move it up a bit - streamcorder... it's a streamcorder for god's sake! A little more - HD cam... terrible. Ummm - Hard drive camera? Notice the pattern?

these companies keep on coming up with pathetic new types of cameras like the mico mv (cr**), the hard disk cams (super cr**), the camera that records on dvd's (mega cr**).

o i forgot, i think they save the video in the hard disk at a 650 Mb/second rate or somthing similar, so it is like 3 times faster than realtime.

The next thing will probably be that they record on a hard-drive in the jack in battery, so you just plug the battery in a slot connected to your computer afterwards. That would be neat

Who!
A couple weeks ago I was saying that a company should make a camera that records onto a hard-drive.
Somebody should just make a camera that can record onto a 120+Gb hardrive bulit into the camera. That dosen't seem like such a bad idea.
I guess I wasn't that far-off.
(How can you say somthing is cr** if you haven't tried it.
