I've been watching take zero as well for production stuff ( http://www.takezer0.com ). They're improving, started pretty dry...but I've got teenage kids, so I'm used to that lack of anything in the speech patterns. They started smiling at my request (I think)...newest ones are really getting better compared to the first few. I also watch DJTV at www.digitaljuice.com every week.
