Hello everyone, im new to all of this.

Me and me mates are trying to make a horror film and i would just like to know the basics.

What is the best software to use to edit movies with special effects etc?

Is it ok to just to film with one camera or will i need a few or will it not make much a difference.

If you don't use wires the movie will look alot better, so whats the point of getting good software? you can make it and say you did it without any high end stuff... one camera, thats what i do

Just my opinion i hate and wires and i like to do everything my self. I mainly do parkour and gymnastics. this is the first movie that i am creating so i want it mainly to be original. But thanks for any help mate.
