Like you said, it's basically the same. One thing that you should avoid is double-lined text that is too short. For instance...a single line of text was the word "Life" which you could have reduced the text size and easily fit that all into one frame. Also... the "..." doesn't really work out to much in trailers, that is, unless you have a "..." beginning the next text.

Example:
First text: It was a stormy day...
Second text: ...in Kentucky.

It looks pretty boring, just a shot of a beach, I liked the music though. Maybe you can add some clips of the actual movie.

Honestly it didn't seem like you read the comments about the first one.
And I'm wondering: Have you shot any of the movie yet? Because when you don't show any "action" AT ALL, it seems like you havn't even started working on it.
If this is really the case: DON'T MAKE A TEASER OR TRAILER FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T EXIST.

This is a terrible teaser...It doesn't show ANYTHING but the ocean. It tells what happened but everyone ALREADY knows what happened on D-Day. Show some action, adventure, guns, explosions, at least 1 actor...SOMETHING other than an ocean, some text, and some music.

I agree, a teaser usually contains some form of "hook" to entice interest
