NEED CHEAP FLESH RECIPE-FAST-

Post by Hangman »

I am making a movie for one of my high school classes and we are running short on time. I have a scene where one of the actors gets the flesh ripped off his side and I need a recipe to make a cheap realistic looking flesh quick

you can use knox brand gelatin

heres one recipe

knox gelatin and flour

very simple it looks and feels sorta real u just need to find someway to make it more flesh looking

80 grams 1/8th cup Glycerin
80 grams 1/8th cup Sorbitol
40 grams 1/8th cup Gelatin
you need to heat it up together make sure it doesnt boil over.

thats another recipe u need to mess with how much to add to it

Folded toilet paper covered in blood might work? At least if you not going to do a close up.

how about some chunks 'o flesh? it's what tom savini used when actors got bitten in romero's living dead trilogy. it's simply red coloured latex, spread in a thin sheet on a smooth surface. When dry, rub it to create holes and thick parts, peel it off, and aply it to your actor. it looks like a mix of flesh, skin and sinew.
