The first 1 is pro 2.0 for sure, while the 2nd one could be pro 2.0 or 1.5
If they are both the same, the color is different b/c its an option you can have (a white-ish interface to a dark grey, and anything in between)
2.0 is good(its what I use) and the main difference between it and 1.5 is that 2.0 can make DVD menus for you.
