Yo, Dude. Nice film you got there.
What am I sayin?!?! EXTREMELY nice film!

Here's what saw:
Camera angles- fantastic! I loved the shot of across the road, the cars passing into frame really showed conflict. Kudos.
Acting- At first I was like "oh great, some damned yank "(the Irony in that statment is that I am a freedom loving American). But then you showed the girl, and I have to admit, it was a little scary. Kudos
Sound- Superb! Once again, I expected it to be one of those movies in which none of the guys' voices had changed, but it doesn't matter, because you cant hear them talking anyways. But your audio was fantastic. But, unfortunately, you can hear some people talking in the backgrond while the guy reaches to pick up his cell phone but doesn't. Otherwise, Kudos.
Editing- dude! awesome, you put everything together so well! the music was great too.kudos
Total of 5 kudos

also, was the bath tub scene a metaphor for the main charracter trying to cleanse himself of what he'd done to the girl?
thats jst what I saw.

Thats nice, thats not too bad at all, well produced, simple and quite elegant really. A better sound for the phone, and a little noise filtering on some of the voice sounds a tiny bit maybe.

Good work, I liked how it didn't devolve into a murder fest. You gave your main character a conscience and it worked.

I don't know why, but for some reason at the start of this film I had a feeling a Keane song would be thrown in there somewhere.

I enjoyed it. The story wasn't just served on a platter to us, we actually have to take at least a minute to think about it and piece it together and that is what kept me interested in what was going on. The quality looks fantastic, what format did you export on? To me, it looks as if you used an XL1 to film this, but I could be wrong. I don't know if it was intentional, but the cool blues and greens and the soft glow gave it a gloomy feeling and that set the mood very well. The acting was solid, the only problem I had was the police officer and that is because he looked like a normal guy wearing a crooked police hat.

The one thing I got bothered by was the audio transitions. Some music stopped rather quickly and with the normal camera background noise it would be wise to fade out the sound with the visual so you don't have a visual fading out and then the noise just stopping.

Great Job...and once again, What format did you export on?

Yeah I like to think of it as a love story gone a bit wrong. Anyone know where to get good police uniforms from by the way? the whole thing.

Filmed on a sony vx2100, magic bullet did most the nice effects but also a set of builders lights and some create paper (not recommended unless u want to burn down ur house).

I had a cold for bits of the speaking so sound a bit odd.

Sound ya there are a few little issues here and there.

Hi all. The real next hitchcock here. Some one went on this site using my password and posted that 1 out of 10 remark. I wouldnt write 1 out of 10 for a film I co-directed. I am the co-founder of Body In The Box, the people who made this film. Rest assured when I find out who posted with my account blood will be spilt. I have changed the original 1 out of 10 post as well and changed my password.

I liked it, I didn't notice the camera angles, which is probably the best cineamatography you can do, the lighting and colour was great!

story was good too.

I gotta say, I was expecting some old tripe about a guy who's lost his girlfriend, blah de blah de blah, so was quite surprised when I saw the girl handcuffed to the radiator. Nice succession of shots utilised and the 'glow' feel was put to real good use.

I can look back at my ISO film and feel that I overcompensated with the glowing. Good job with that one.

I have to agree with the other comments about the guy in the police hat etc - but overall I was impressed. Nice!
